Short version: we use your email and contact details to send launch and product updates, and nothing else. We don’t sell data, run ad pixels or track you across other sites.
When you reserve an early-access place or join the waitlist, we record your first name, email address, country, an optional note about how you would use the bag, your consent and its timestamp, the bag you chose, how you arrived at the site, and — if you came through the fit finder — your answers and the bag we recommended. We also store a coarse hashed form of your network address purely to prevent abuse.
To email you about launch and product updates for the bag you chose, to manage the 25 early-access places fairly, and to understand which bags people want. We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles across other websites.
Your details are held securely by Tomei and are never readable from the public site: only the number of early-access places taken and remaining is shown. Your browser separately keeps an anonymous visitor and session identifier and a pointer to your own record, so you can update or withdraw it.
Early-access and waitlist entries are kept until launch and for a year afterwards, or until you withdraw them, whichever comes first. Withdrawn records are deleted in routine cleanup.
Withdrawing from the early-access form releases your place and stops us contacting you. To have your record erased outright, or to request a copy or a correction, email hello@tomeigoods.com from the address you signed up with and we will respond within thirty days.
We set no cookies and use no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting. A small amount of first-party data — an anonymous visitor and session identifier, your funnel events, and how you arrived at the site — is kept in your own browser's local storage.
