One year, against defects
Every bag in the collection is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects: failed stitching, delaminating coatings, hardware that breaks under normal load.
Covered
- Seam and stitch failure under normal carry loads
- Zipper sliders, pulls, and buckles that break in ordinary use
- Coating or wax finish delaminating within the first year
- Harness or strap attachment points separating from the body
Not covered
- Wear consistent with use: abrasion, fading, patina on waxed canvas
- Damage from overloading beyond a bag's stated capacity
- Use outside a bag's stated purpose — Trail 22 in a climbing system, for example
- Airline, courier, or third-party handling damage
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Tomei

Assessment
We determine whether the failure is a defect or ordinary wear, and say which.

Resolution
Repair where practical, replacement where not, refund where neither fits.

Send photographs and your order number to hello@tomeigoods.com and we will tell you within two business days whether it is covered.
