We’re launching in the U.S. first. Shipping rates and delivery timing are shown at checkout; returns run for 30 days from delivery.

- 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
- Transit
- 3–5 business days to US destinations.
- Rates
- Shown at checkout, based on your address and the bag you choose.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery, in unused condition with tags attached.
- Condition
- Unused means unworn, unpacked in the sense of not carried, and clean.
- Refund
- A full refund to the original payment method once the bag is back with us.
- Exclusions
- Bags damaged through use are handled under warranty, not returns. See the warranty page.
