Shipping & returns
What we intend at launch. Nothing is for sale yet, so no shipping rate is charged or quoted today — these are the terms we plan to launch with, and they may change.
Shipping
- Today
- Pre-launch — not yet available for purchase. There is no cart, no checkout and no shipping rate.
- Processing
- Intended at 1–2 business days from order confirmation, at launch.
- Transit
- Intended at 3–5 business days for US destinations, at launch.
- International
- Undecided. We cannot say today where we will ship at launch, so we quote no international rate.
Returns
- Window
- 30 days from delivery, in unused condition with tags attached.
- Condition
- Unused means unworn, unpacked in the sense of not carried, and clean.
- Refund
- Modelled as a full refund to the original payment method, less nothing.
- Exclusions
- Bags damaged through use are handled under warranty, not returns. See the warranty page.
